This looks like the World Naked Bike Ride event that happens in San Francisco Every yr. There are tons of photos from this event including many who do nude bodypainting for it. So not this is in the USA.
Just realized the World Naked Bike Ride can take place in Europe and anywhere but San Francisco does have an event where people walk or ride nude in a parade. Its called Bay to Breakers I believe.
I could get into the body painting. Looks like fun. I thought that most of the guys in these pictures have a small penis. Then I noticed that the people in the background are wearing coats. Must be cool. Daaave
